It looks cozy and fancy

It was smelling really bad, old and suffocating

Average BF. QUALITY need to improve. Support staff was not adequate

The hotel corridors looked worn out, same with the room. The bed linen didn't look fresh. The toilet wasn't dirty but looked old and basic . You wouldn't feel like getting into the bath tub after seeing it

The location is fairly central and only 10-15mins to most shopping areas. The room service food is good, but a bit pricey.

Our room wasn't ready even though we checked in at 4:45pm. So had to wait a bit. The reception staff were pleasant, but could have been more friendly. Once we got our room found that were were given twin beds. They said they would join the beds, which they did. But we had to share the bed with the telephone. My daughter the next day found another telephone pin at the desk. Wonder the housekeeping staff didn't know this! The extra bed bed was filthy to say the least and they didn't provide a blanket or quilt for the extra bed, only a duvet cover was given. The sheers were ripped and fan was dirty. But the worst was the hammering noise from 2 am to 4:30 am on our 2nd night, due to getting the lawns outside ready for a wedding party. Despite complaining twice, this hammering didn't stop only softened. And it didn't matter by then as my sleep was gone. Had to request housekeeping twice for anything we needed. So wasn't the best of stays.

Not clean and not maintained properly. Car parking is A big issues even when we were entering the hotel the security guard was telling us there are no space for parking and we have to keep the car outside on road. After lots of discussion we got the parking inside the premises which was terrible.

the staffs hospitality. They given a room for 1 hour for us to refresh ourselves on our last day stay as we went out after checking out and our flight is only at night. Thank you for it. location is great because it is near to shopping places and near to airport. breakfast is good as well. overall the stay had been marvelous and will recommend your hotel to others.

The only one thing I liked about the hotel is the name hindustan a part of that every thing was sorry I cannot say

Overall, clean and good comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good. Special mention must be made of Ms Preeti at the coffee shop (during breakfast) who was very attentive with a pleasant smile.

Swipe keys needs to be charged every time you go out of the hotel. This is annoying esp when you have gone to your floor and trying to enter. Room service should listen to customer request properly. I asked for a strong coffee and they sent me milk with a drop of coffee. I just couldn't drink.

Houskeeping, room service, Restaurant, door man excellent people and good service. Good food, great location I felt comfortable.

Staffs need to be polite, except watchman, no one is polite enough to the level of Hospitality Industries. 04. Rooms are not good enough to match the level of HHI.

Window glass pan damaged in last storm Fenni, replaced by wooden ply, blocking complete outside view. No other room available with king or queen size bed. No hand towel provided inspite of asking. Poor maintenance property had deteriorated a lot over the years. Quality of mutton curry very bad , no mutton only bones
